Founder & Attorney — George Sciarrino is a multi-jurisdictional attorney licensed in Florida, New York, and New Jersey with more than a decade of experience advising and representing businesses, entrepreneurs, creators, and established brands in intellectual property, commercial transactions, brand protection, and complex legal matters. 

Before entering the legal profession, George studied fashion design at Parsons School of Design and worked in New York City's fashion industry. That experience provided firsthand insight into the creative process and continues to inform his practical approach to protecting and commercializing intellectual property.

Throughout his career, George has represented clients across a broad range of industries—including art, entertainment, fashion, financial services, food and beverage, hospitality, media, and technology—and has developed litigation and enforcement strategies involving trademarks, copyrights, domain names, anti-counterfeiting, and complex commercial disputes. His practice has also included cross-border matters, regulatory considerations, and brand protection initiatives for domestic and international clients.

George earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from New York Law School, where he served on Law Review, and has been recognized as a Super Lawyers® Rising Star in both New York and Florida. He also serves as a FINRA arbitrator, bringing additional experience in dispute resolution and regulatory matters.
